  1. Just started to make sourdough bread, I received a starter from a chef. So far I have made two loaves, on the stater that o received. You must have a few starters going to make that many loafs.

    • Hey! I have just the one starter, his name is Wheatley. I keep a big pitcher of it in the fridge and refresh him once a week. When I bake, I make an active feed the night before I make the dough. Any extra starter from the previous week goes into cookies!
