







Today’s bake consisted of SEVEN Tomato and Basil mini boules, TWO regular loaves, and ONE test loaf. The test loaf is really just taking the regular artisan loaf and placing into a Pullman loaf pan for easier sandwich slicing. I’ll cut into it later today or tomorrow to see how the crust and crumb are.





Love everything you bake. Looking forward to Carrot Cake bread in the future for something new.
