Extra loaves alert! I made one extra regular loaf and one extra Rosemary & Cheddar loaf today if anyone is interested.
Today’s bake was mild in comparison to months past Friday’s. Through the ovens went one regular loaf and five Rosemary and Cheddar’s, as well as 18 Dark Sourdough Chocolate Chip cookies. The house smells wonderful!
Also note, next week will be a shortened week in the ovens. Cheryl and I are taking a LONG weekend to get up to Prescott and there will be no Friday bake. I can bake on Thursday, but things NEED to be picked up by noon on Thursday. I’ll mention all this in the regular weekly menu post as well.
