Happy 4th of July!
June was a slow bread month, but I think it’s expected with the snow birds and the heat. Being a holiday, things have picked up, albeit temporarily, I’m sure. Regardless, here are some photos from today’s bake!
Through the ovens this morning, I pushed 5 regular loaves (which I have one extra loaf), 12 specialty mini’s (which I still have 2 available) and 4 1/2 dozen Butterscotch Chocolate chip Sourdough cookies!
