Another slow week in the bread kitchen. Yikes! Today and Tuesday were the only bake days this week. Regardless, here are the shots from today’s bake. I had 4 regular loaves and 8 Cranberry walnut mini loaves through the ovens this morning, for which I still have 3 of the mini loaves still available.
