It’s been a SLOW week this week and Friday night was Pizza night. To mix things up a bit, I par-baked my crust and then made Taco Pizza! I mixed a bit of taco sauce with refried beans as the base then added taco meat (ground beef with taco seasoning), a mix of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese and Jalapenos. After an 8-minute bake, we topped with diced green onions, tomatoes and sour cream. It was VERY good!
