




Happy Friday! Today is a “medium” day in the ovens. I had 12 Blueberry Lemon mini’s (which TWO are still available), one test bake – which is a regular artisan loaf, but baked in a bread pan for better slicing, and 3 chocolate chip cookies – which are all available today for those impulse bread connoisseurs.
As for the test bake, I’ve been getting requests for sandwich loaf bread and I’m working my rhythm in that direction. If I leave the recipe the same, the shape will be the only difference. I have made a few tests on soft sandwich bread, but it still needs a little work. Chime in with your preferences! Thanks!
