Sundays are typically for testing for me, and today’s test is a HUGE success! OK, the Sourdough Chocolate Chip cookies are already pretty good. This time, I switched out a bit of the chocolate chips for butterscotch chips! OH. WOW! These might become a “once a month” option, and there might be a dollar or two increase in cost because the butterscotch chips are a bit more to get. But I promise these will be worth it!
