Friday’s are always busy in the ovens. Today is no different. I pushed 3 regular loaves, 1 English Muffin loaf, 18 Cranberry Walnut (one is still available) and 2 dozen sourdough chocolate chip cookies through. Started baking at 5:45 this morning and the cooling is now in effect.
