So, yesterday was a slow bread day. I baked a single solitary loaf, so I had some time to spare. I’ve been playing around with Sourdough cookies for a while now and after a fair bit of fidgeting with some recipes, I arrived at this wonderful creation! These are SO GOOD! Seriously the best cookie I think I’ve ever had. I’m working through costing of these and they will soon be offered for pick up at least once a week, possibly daily if the demand is there.
