




Today’s bake consisted of three test loaves. The first is going to be featured on Friday as the Mini Boule special. It’s a Sun-Dried tomato and Black Olive loaf. So Good! the second test today was another approach to the Croissant loaf. This time, I folded/rolled it up into a cube loaf pan and it came out great! Still a little messy with the butter oozing out, but much easier to clean up than my Dutch oven. The last test was really just a last-minute use of a little extra dough. I rolled them up into mini balls and tucked them into a cube pan. They maybe baked a little long, but it’s a first test. I’ve had requests for sourdough dinner rolls for a while now. These show promise! Taste will be tonight with dinner. Stay tuned!
