Happy Friday, everyone! Today’s bake consisted of 18 loaves, kind of helping out with the slower early part of the week. I have a few loaves still available, which I’ll mention in a moment. In the bake today, I had 3 regular sourdough loaves, 2 of the English Muffin Toasting breads, 12 of the Blueberry Lemon mini’s, and one singe Green Olive mini. In addition, I’ve prepared 4 Sourdough Pizza doughs to go.
Of the above, I have 1(one) English Muffin Toasting bread, 1(one) Green Olive mini, and 3(three) Blueberry Lemon mini’s still available. They are all $5/each. The Friday specials usually go by the end of the day, so first come first served.
