I’ve had a number of requests for traditional English Muffins for a while now. After much research, and trial and error, I’m getting close! These are a bit larger than the standard “Thomas” English muffins you can get at the store. These are about the same diameter, but are almost twice the thickness. I may try and “flatten” them out a bit on the next test bake.
So, thoughts: Who would like these regularly offered? They are little more time consuming in the pan cook/bake sequence, but I think I can make them work. Also, if interested, what quantity would you typically like them in? I’ve seen them offered in 4 packs and 6 packs. That’s my gut feeling right now.
