It’d been a slow week in the kitchen this week. One loaf on Monday, none on Tuesday. Yesterday was OK, and today just one loaf. Tomorrow however will be a little busier. So, I’ll take this time to share my latest kitchen gadget! Well, it’s more than just a gadget, it’s my main TOOL for making bread dough! It’s a new KitchenAid mixer! My last one was a 5 qt and did OK, but not great. It would struggle to mix anything more than two loaves at a time. This 7 qt was on a great sale last week and will “supposedly” handle 4 loaves, based on my loaf weight. I’m about to mix the maiden batch as we speak!
