The English Muffin experience continues! Last week I made a few different test bakes. One batch with Jalapeno and Cheddar in one batch and Parmesan Cheese in another. They came out fantastic, but I’m going to tweak them a bit before they’re ready for “prime time”. Stay tuned for English Muffins with inclusions in the coming weeks!

If you’d like a loaf this week, see below what loaves are available for each day. If you need something specific, shoot me a message and I’ll see what I can do.

  • Regular loaves (available Monday & Friday) are $10/each
  • Specialty mini-boules (available on Friday) are $6/each
  • Pizza Dough balls (upon request) are $6/each
  • English Muffins (4) or Toasting Bread (upon request) are $6/loaf
  • Sourdough Peanut Butter Cookies are $10 per dozen
  • Sourdough Cookies (Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin are $10/half dozen or $18/dozen – Frozen or Baked

For the English Muffins, Toasting Bread, and the Pizza dough balls, I need two-days notice to prepare.

Friday’s SPECIAL Blueberry Pecan mini-Loaf (24 available)

Sourdough cookies: Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, or Oatmeal Raisin Cookies: By Request – One day advance notice needed.

English Muffin Loaf (three available per day): By Request – Two days advance notice needed.

English Muffins (pack of 4): By Request – Two days advance notice needed.

Pizza Dough Balls: By Request – Two days advance notice needed.
