The English Muffin samples were such a hit, I had two orders by the end of last week, and I hadn’t even added them to the menu. That changes today! Packs of 4 English Muffins are now offered upon request. I “say” I need 2 days advance notice, but I can do them the following day if I get a request by noon to kick “Wheatley” (the starter) into action. More flavor trials are planned for those, so stay tuned!

If you’d like a loaf this week, see below what loaves are available for each day. If you need something specific, shoot me a message and I’ll see what I can do.

  • Regular loaves (available Monday & Friday) are $10/each
  • Specialty mini-boules (available on Friday) are $6/each
  • Pizza Dough balls (upon request) are $6/each
  • English Muffins (4) or Toasting Bread (upon request) are $6/loaf
  • Sourdough Peanut Butter Cookies are $10 per dozen
  • Sourdough Cookies (Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin are $10/half dozen or $18/dozen – Frozen or Baked

For the English Muffins, Toasting Bread, and the Pizza dough balls, I need two-days notice to prepare.

English Muffins (pack of 4): By Request – Two days advance notice needed.

Pizza Dough Balls: By Request – Two days advance notice needed.
