




The English Muffins I made on Monday were a HUGE hit! So much so, I already have two orders for them this Friday, without even getting them listed on my menu. Yeah! For future information, the plain Sourdough English Muffins will sell for $6 for 4 muffins. They’re pretty good sized, a fair bit bigger than those at the grocery.
But … that’s not the reason for this post! I’ve moved into testing flavors in English Muffins, and first up is one I had YEARS ago (where I had it, I can’t remember) and it’s a Tomato and Basil English Muffin. Behold the first batch out of the ovens this morning. Tasting will be tomorrow for breakfast, but we’re excited at their potential. More to come on this, as well as future flavor trials.
