Round three of Sourdough Pretzels is a WIN! Instead of doing the traditional “knot” pretzel, I opted to go with a center twist approach, as well as simple “bites”. Every time I tried the knot, they would fall apart when I’d go to the boil. It was so frustrating. These came out great and the flavor profile is ON POINT! I’m going to do one more test bake to confirm my dialed in recipe and then I’ll work up a price point for sale.

For this test, I made a dozen with flaked sea salt, a dozen with Everything bagel seasoning, and 4 with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Both Cheryl and I loved all of these!
