Welcome! This week has 3 baking days as listed below. The Oatmeal Raisin cookies were a BIG hit last week and have now been added to the regular menu. More testing cookies are in the works!

Next week is Thanksgiving and I’ll be baking every day, including Thanksgiving Day itself, but I’ll cover more about that next week. Next weeks Special loaf will be Cranberry Walnut on Wednesday instead of Friday.

If you’d like a loaf this week, see below what loaves are available for each day. If you need something specific, shoot me a message and I’ll see what I can do.

  • Regular loaves (available Monday, Thursday and Friday) are $10/each
  • Specialty mini-boules (available Friday) are $6/each
  • Pizza Dough balls (upon request) are $6/each
  • English Muffin Toasting Bread (upon request) are $6/loaf
  • Sourdough Wedding/SnowBall Cookies are $10 for 18 cookies
  • Sourdough Cookies (Chocolate Chip OR Oatmeal Raisin are $10/half dozen or $18/dozen – Frozen or Baked

This Fridays special is Blueberry Lemon.

For the English Muffin Toasting Bread and the Pizza dough balls, I need two-days notice to prepare.

Monday 11/17: Loaves Available Today

Tuesday 11/18: NO BAKE

Wednesday 11/19: NO BAKE

Thursday 11/20: Loaves Available Today

Friday 11/21: Loaves Available Today

Sourdough Wedding/SnowBall Cookies:

  • By Request – One day advance notice needed.

Sourdough Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:

  • By Request – One day advance notice needed.

English Muffin Loaf (three available per day):

  • By Request – Two days advance notice needed.

Pizza Dough Balls:

  • By Request – Two days advance notice needed.
