Big cookie day in the Alchemist’s ovens today. So far, I’ve baked 2 regular loaves, 6 special mini’s, 2 dozen Chocolate Chip cookies, a half dozen Oatmeal Raisin (for testing to everyone picking up today) and 90 Wedding/Snowball cookies! I have still to bake another dozen each Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin cookies this afternoon. For what it’s worth, those that tried the Oatmeal Raisin on Monday have given them high praise, which is awesome. I’ll be adding those to the weekly offering moving forward.
