Today was a nice busy bake in the ovens. I had 13 loaves and a dozen cookies this morning. Of which, I have one regular loaf and one English Muffin loaf available if anyone is late to request something.
Also, I am starting to play with flavored English Muffin loaves! The bottom right image is my first attempt at a Cinnamon Swirl loaf, which will be taste tested first thing tomorrow. We’re looking forward to it!
