Fridays are usually my busy days. But today has been the day this week, despite the holiday weekend coming up. Today had three regular loaves, four Wednesday specials (One is still available), two dozen baked cookies, one dozen frozen cookies, and EIGHT pizza doughs! I would have thought that I’d have a few dozen cookies and pizza doughs for Friday because of the long weekend, but no. Friday is SLOW this week … so far.
